> your reports

Hundreds of companies report this season. You own a handful.

Import what you own and Portfolio Terminal lists the reports that touch your money: which day, before the open or after the close, and how much of your portfolio is riding on each. Free, in your browser.

How to read a report

Four things decide how a stock moves on earnings day. The headline profit is only the second.

01

When it lands

Before the 9:30 open, the price reacts at the bell. After the 4:00 close, it moves in after-hours trading and the next morning.

02

Earnings per share

Profit divided by shares. The market compares it with the consensus — the average of analysts’ estimates — not with last year.

03

Revenue

Sales for the quarter. A beat on profit from cost cuts, with revenue short of estimates, is read as a weaker quarter.

04

Guidance

What the company expects next. It often moves the price more than the quarter itself: a beat with a cut outlook usually falls.

Questions

Which companies reported earnings in July 2026?

130 of the US companies we cover reported in July 2026, 130 of them on dates that are on record. The largest are Apple Inc. (AAPL, July 30), Alphabet Inc. (GOOGL, July 22), Microsoft Corporation (MSFT, July 29), Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN, July 30), Meta Platforms Inc. (META, July 29).

How many companies beat earnings estimates in July 2026?

83% of the 129 reports out so far beat the consensus EPS estimate. The biggest beat was Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN) at +214.9%.

What does “before the open” and “after the close” mean?

US markets trade from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm New York time. A report before the open moves the price at the opening bell; one after the close moves it in after-hours trading and at the next open. The sun and moon icons on each row say which.

How are the estimated dates calculated?

When a company has not announced its date yet, we place it thirteen weeks after its last report, on the same weekday — companies tend to keep their slot. Estimated dates carry a hollow dot and usually move by a few days once the company confirms.

Covers the US stocks with an analysis page on Portfolio Terminal. Report dates, times and consensus estimates come from Yahoo Finance. Confirmed dates were announced by the company; estimated ones sit a quarter after the last report and usually move by a few days. Times are New York. Refreshed twice a day. Not investment advice.
